Ski. I don’t see this going anywhere. I already have a set idea in my head of what’s to happen. I don’t care about this fixed auction. I looked at the break up fee and just laughed. 180k. Seriously what a joke. So they get 3 percent which is standard of 6 million. That fee is fixed upon future bids. So there’s definitely something fishy here. Those scum “ A” company would get much much more if bid shot up. The fact that it’s so low shows me there is absolutely zero desire to drive this up. 12.5 million is a joke for this drug as well. But we all seriously have to remember is that this is only for a partnership. That stalking bid says jack squat about terms. Trust me when I say, this is only a partnership not a outright purchase. But I’m still a greedy stinky dirty piggy that wants more. There is nothing kosher about me. I love the mud like that old guy in the movie Old School. A good old mud bath is great.
