Really dying to know what Immune was proposing as a settlement before filling the complaint today. I had thought maybe paying Discover 2.5 or 3 million. But now I'm thinking they were actually asking Discover to give them money instead for the damages they've caused. Any damages wont be quantifiable until after they have the auction for bert and sell Ceplene. Its easy to show they took a very real loss due to Discovers filing that trustees notice. Discover might agree to just the 2 million eventually, but Immune needs to go after them for damages at this point. 25 million is almost 14 cents per share. Even if they just paid a fraction of that it would help considerably.
