what if Gasbag and Bradford are just speaking for tbtf and hedge funds so they can unload pref because the volume on these pref's is not sky high to get in and get out so easily especially if you own a lot of it.
I'm thinking this is the whole narrative because pref are half par. whether they get to par or 80% or whatever the ceiling for common is a lot higher from here and there is a lot more volume in common than in pref.
When NWS stops, does anyone think pref will have huge volume like the commons will?
I bet volume is around 10-1 in favor of common and this is where pref's are not stuck with low volume shares that are gonna be hard to trade out and get into common. IMO
I hope we all win including pref, but just saying this is very much a reality if you own a lot of pref. who is gonna buy when they can buy common?
