I would be flabbergasted if Aaron, ex-ceo of ntgl wasn't listed somewhere on the ultracade lawsuit. I would say he was right there and deal squealed his way out of the first criminal charges.
There was something like 3 or 4 john does also listed in the SEC filings this past march.

Sorry, you work with someone for years, they go to prison and then you work with then while they are in prison and then rejoin them AFTER prison and this person wants people to believe they are so stupid they didn't know what was going on the whole time?
