I just got off the phone from talking to both Debbie and Paul. Mine is the first call in quite a while asking about leaching status. I learned two items of interest, however.

2) Paul said chemicals are being applied to the pad and tests of the effluent show good results. First run of the Merrill-Crowe should be soon. He said I could quote him on that.
