Thanks for taking interest and moderating the message board, I do appreciate and value everyone's input and suggestions, the company legal structure is a Limited Partnership and typically there are no pre authorized shares outstanding in an LP, the choices on OTC markets are "unlimited" which default to the highest number of 99 billion which basically means unlimited. We are fully reporting and audited and being that about half the outstanding is held restricted by 5% and above investors the largest of which being myself, my interests are aligned with the shareholders. Also if you read the newest notes, the only ones that are convertible ( the others get paid back with cash weekly as you can see from the low balances) they are convertible at 10cents as of March 2020 and have 18% interest and valid until 2022 so the holders incentive is to hold onto them to continue to receive interest, even then at 10cents it only ads 10,000,000 shares keeping the total under 100,000,000
