Last time they appointed a new auditor, they did not announce it until 2 months after the hiring.

RRBB resigning was announced in a timely fashion. The previous resignation of an auditor was announced 9 months after the resignation.

Also I wouldn't conclude from the PR today that there will be no fins until 3/31/20. They're just saying that the revenues will be reported in upcoming fins. IMO
