No matter how few shares you have we need your vote. THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH VOTES TO FORCE THIS DEAL WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL.
We need at least 10-20% more for our stocks.
We will be about 30% of the company if approved ! Brad is letting them steal us for the least premium he thinks will be upheld in a review.
