Every stock, good or bad has a transfer agent, how else do you think they can take your money.

As you can see, Stocks don’t need to file income disclosures like LAHO, they haven’t filed any disclosures in 4-years for there failed credit card processing company.

But trust that every company will rush to have a trusted transfer agent ready to go.
