Of course an R/S was eminent. But the R/S is being used to go up from pinks. Not down to pinks. The R/S is being used to shed toxic investors. The whole purpose of doing a reverse merger is to raise capital for your new company. He did acquisitions right out of the gate. While his competitors and toxic investors munipulated the share price keeping him from uplisting. But he did it anyway. Keep watching how it’s done. Just my opinion.
