Not saying this reverse merger is bad at all. But be aware of the likely 1/200-500 Reverse Split will be attached to it when they sign the final draft.

Plus,there is heavy dilution has been going on since the news, hence the crash from 0.0017 to all the way down to 0.0003

so ,be careful of those putting out there ridiculous pompous numbers
