A request was made to Avid BOD to seek all info regards to the sealed court records especially in regards to Steve Dematto

Now it seems Steve Dematto has changed his LinkedIn profile to DELETE Peregrine Pharmaceuticals employment? Why?

Since he does this it should be more evident for Avid Bioservices BOD to extract all info

They will find a March 2014 Intellectual Property lawsuit filed by Steve King / Peregrine against Steve Demattos (now Xencor) and Sybille Sauter (now Halozyme) and Anshu Vashishtha etc etc and wouldnt the fieuciary duties of Avid BOD be concerned when the same Steve Demattos working at Xencor where John Springs Stafford left and shows up on Peregrine door steps ...

The probabilities are becoming impossible ....for certain things to happen and the CEO and Chair never responded to requests?

Maybe Avid BOD should start paying attention especially since Steve Demattos ties to Eli Lilly Ronald Demattos

It has always been about the IP and since Steve King opened the doors at Avid in Jan 2002 ....there have been many trying to covertly control things

Maybe it is time for John Stafford to come clean ...tell us he was wrong 100% about the value surrounding the IP assets which include Biomarkers
