Dark or defunct only because of the late filings. if you don't hit the deadline for filings they stop sign you and if you go past the extension deadline with nothing, OTC assumes you went dark and puts up cautions and warnings. Been Talking with Alex over the last few months, trust me, it is not dark or defunct at all. Just a lot of things going on behind the scenes, and the filings with the new lawyer and making sure all 'T"s are crossed and all "i"s dotted.
But defunct and dark? not by a long shot at all.
