Hey Ski. We all know this is a joke. There won’t be any negotiation with Discover. Eric is absolutely right. You don’t pay someone interest on money that isn’t loaned. Discover also can do squat based on the fact that they were in possession of material info while doing deal and at this moment in Data room. Discover won’t get bupkis other than what they gave and plus interest. They were able to increase their holding prior to amendment. So that’s a plus for them. Using that registration to push down price was genius and the norm. I think Bert motion is being held off because there are other plans. This will be done in all one shot. We will all wake up with a huge conversion / consolidation / oh crap deal. I’m prepared for the worst. Just need a few cents to break even. The rest will pay large. GREAT!
