I think the hook at this point for our suitor is the verbiage to give first negotiation and refusal rights for additional indications.

To me, the pipeline is extremely valuable and unfortunately ipix currently sits at a very extreme discounted price which allows suitors to have the upper hand. One of the items to lure a BP quicker is to offer up those right imo. B is going to be a multi blockbuster imo so it helps secure the suitor to give up a small stake for UP but allow them to take first cracks at a huge UC and Crohn’s indication if things continue to pan out successfully. Less risk for them but secures first in line seat.
I think we see a deal very very soon.

I’m not sure how much those rights add into the upfronts for a UP deal....but I am anxious to see who
