Encounter Technologies, Inc. ("ENTI") has no affiliation with Central Wireless, Inc. ("CWIR"). Other than there having been common ownership of both companies in 2014, that relationship was discontinued in 2016. ENTI is not owned or controlled by the entities that controlled it between 2013 and 2016. Moreover, a control dispute was placed on CWIR, as the purchasers of CWIR never paid the former control shareholders for the control shares. The entire series of transactions was reported to SEC Enforcement and FINRA Enforcement some years ago. Based on information and belief, the SEC, OTC, and FINRA continue to investigate the principals of that firm.
