Of course it's the D's. Look what happened with the stock after reverse split. They got down to $1.10 and stopped. It's stopped at a dollar 10 so they could maintain a listing on the NASDAQ. Once it passed 10 consecutive days over $1 they were safe to push it below a dollar. If they did not mean Tain a NASDAQ listing their implications for all preferred shareholders. These guys would sell their mother for the right amount of money. Hopefully there are legal ramifications on them for the manipulation they've been pulling for the past 6 months or longer. I doubt it though
