Thanks for the response. I'll make my judgement about the private placement when we are given cold hard facts. I was disheartened to see the price hold on around six cents but then start declining as soon as the private placement was filled....this is just speculation on my part of course.

I'm not so sure I agree in regards to people selling and those who supposedly have agendas. Many people do not have the time, patience or money to average down for what has seemed like eternity. On the other hand, if one is in the buying mood the current situation seems appealing.
