I disagree. How the hell else would they have gotten the 3 or 4 hundred thousand dollars to pay GSCG and settle any outstanding debts and pay the fee to go current? In other words we can expect some dilution which suggests a modest increase in the OS. Let’s not kid ourselves. So it will not be the end of the World to see the OS tick up a little bit. Even maxed out with the AS this ticker is ridiculously undervalued assuming the revenue and earnings info checks out.
