Can any understand how this NDA means anything. They state very clearly in latest filing that ICO counsel briefly had access to the data site without signing any papers. So basically the NDA means nothing. To give access to a company that already is marketing your drug without permission is just a little weird. Why allow a company access without signing NDA. Think about that for a second. The lawyers can leak that info and not be accountable. Anyone get that little bit? Wow. That’s just cuckoo.
