I agree 100 %.

I'm assuming that they will need to meet the listing requirements set forth
by the SEC prior to the uplisting. I believe the Naz's historical minimum share price requirement was always $ 4.00 but also believe there is a $ 2.00 alternative listing price available with a few additional requirements.
