Well, they set expectations for satisfaction of definitive agreement within 60 days from May 23, 2019. So we will get a definitive agreement announcement likely before they become SEC current. They said in the early June PR announcing the two new GSCG facilities that they are in the process of becoming SEC compliant within 90 days (before Sept 1st).
