It”s all there..if you read your reports..the exhibits of a “ complex restructure “ were submitted as evidence and the stay “ is “ granted...Bankruptcy would never ever be entertained in this manner...period...Delaware signed off based on the better of all stakeholders and supported this process...Those are the real facts..No justice system on any side of any border wants to see stakeholders positions evaporated if unavoidable ! That’s why intact shares are governing the day and tomorrow’s...I would suggest you and your friends re read the monitors reports...
