If you read your monitors reports it says “ in the best interests “ of ALL stakeholders..not just shareholders “...It”s well documented when they begged the court to provide more stays...Then they sold the court that a very complex restructure was taking place for yet another “ stay “...There was no need for a “ complex restructure “ if a company proceeds the bankrupt Avenue....That’s just plain nonsense...The DD here by thoseon the board..re enforces the intact shares..There”s only a few of us that actually own some ! Most everyone sold for next to nothing ! Huge lessen here ! Be vigil and patient and you shall YIELD the rewards !
