BLRX will run out of cash runway by YEND 2019 so they need cash soon so that they are not in a crisis mode in Nov. So my guess is they will dilute the crap out of this after the R/S (to raise cash) which will cause at least a 50% loss of equity for incumbent SH. Time will tell though. If they are lucky and manage the dilution carefully they will be able to prevent the PPS from falling below 5 bucks. Either way, the SH loses a lot of equity. JMHO.
