what is the actual Outstanding shares of HDii ???

OTC site is listed as 136 mil, however Bloomberg and Market-watch sites are listed as 52 mil only.

I have been holding about 5.7 mil shares of Hdii and 2 days ago TD Ameritrade restricted my shares claiming that I owe more than 10% of OS( Control Person). I believe Hdii market makers reported me as a control person(based on 52 mil of OS) to block my shares !

Please anyone advise that what is the right numbers of OS ??.... and what source or sources did you use to achieve that ???.... basically how can i convince the TD guys that actual OS is about 136 mil !!?
