Potential dilution, but it's kind of late now. There was a perfect moment today where you could have went short with little risk and high reward but that opportunity has passed. Now, that may not be the case, but the risk reward has definitely changed. 50 million in shares are registered for sale, and can be offered at any time, so that, and this is the key, mixed with the large float, 100 million, made it a nice short opportunity
