Unless I miscalculated, delisting due to PPS < 1 should not have been a risk until the first of Dec 2019. So I'm perplexed as to why they are doing this R/S. It wasn't necessary. Unless they are planning on some other restructuring that requires an R/S.

Or they simply want to DUMP (sell) shares (at the higher price) to raise capital. Which is the most likely case IMO. So expect the PPS to capitulate (crash) over 90 days following the R/S... from all of the dumping/selling/dilution. Very sad.
