I went back and read Immunes Filing from Tuesday again. I overlooked this before:

"The Debtors and the Committee are in negotiations with Discover regarding its claim. The Debtors and the Committee have prepared a complaint challenging Discover’s claim and security interest. The Debtors and the Committee have withheld filing of the complaint while
settlement discussions are proceeding. The Debtors submit that Discover is using the Conversion Motion to leverage its negotiating position."

So the big question is how much are they talking about to settle this? Of course this would all be tied into how much Bert is worth. We just have to hope that they can settle with Discover for a reasonable amount. They are really only owed 2 million + 10% interest for 4 months + attorney fees. There's a lot happening at the same time here- most negotiations occur in the 11th hour. Should be an exciting week coming up.
