If there are NO REAL 'BULLs' to take out the ask, and only the smallest-of-small retail investors buying into Berman's LIES, it only costs the price of a Happy Meal to get these same investors excited - "LOOK! An 'up' close!"

Where's the 'smart money'? Where's the 'hedge fund'? Where's ANY INSURANCE company who believes there's ANY VALUE in ONCI stock at current prices?

None of those folks exist; Anyone who has performed DD on ONCI comes to the same conclusion: not worth current price.

More promises for "next week", as it's ALWAYS "next week" w/ Berman.

Should be lots of excited talk over the weekend about previously-promised SHL, 'conference calls', 'meetings', 'updates', 'FB residuals', and 'twitter campaign'.
