LOL, With Moelis (recap and release) plan only Wallstreet traders, bankers and thieves win. Moelis plan is DOA, because recap under conservatorship is impossible to achieve for million of reasons already discussed on this site. With Moelis plan both CS and JPS would lose all their investment.
