-both had grammar school quality web sites
-both have message baords that aided the pump by blacklisting critical posters
- both have management that did blogs,posted on message boards, etc to aid the pump
-both had multiple PRs promising financials that either never came true or were totally fucked up when they did
- both are being investigated by securities commissions and hopefully the cops soon
- both have toxic financing
- both have message boards hypsters that try to keep everyone in while the dump goes on
- both or the most inept pump and dumps ever, yet prove there is a never ending supply of marks for snakeoil salesmen to dupe
