Telling your friend and family to buy is absolutely the wrong thing to do, absolutely, huge mistake.

Nothing in this world is guaranteed, nothing, except death and taxes

Benito Novas, could get hit by a bus and this deal could fall a part, the last thing you want to do is get friends and family in the your business.

The best approach like I have been saying, only if you can afford to lose buy yourself 10 million shares 5000-6000 dollars for short term gain of 150,000 dollars, when the merger goes through all bets are off.

Confession: Back in 2015, I bought ICN$ 42,500,000 shares around this price range, back when there were rumors that Christie Brinkley was going to come on board (there was no announcement). Needless to say, there was massive dilution at the time, so I sold with a $7,000 and booked my losses and moved on, just a little over 9 months, had I kept them, I would have booked 1.8 million dollars on a scam that was and it still is. Here you have something real especial, market cap just below 1 million dollars is a joke and more importantly impeccable team that is running behind the scenes on Stem Cell Market. I would highly encourage if you are buying don't watch it for the next 3 months, cause it will easily be beyond 0.03 by that time. With or without dilution that is where it's heading to.
