You're absolutely right exspresstrader01, just because they noted it was sold doesn't mean it is or it was them but the LOI was good through 6/30 so I'm hoping if it's sold it's them.

We're grasping at straws at this point. Any potential good news is good and no matter what's going to happen next week, smart money's going to stay in this one at least over the weekend.

Just my opinion.
