What? Really? How would Berman do that? Another Share Offering & associated SEC paperwork? What would ONCI's Share Count have been if Berman 'easily doubled it' as you suggest?

Or do you mean he could have 'released' shares he held by selling them to investors, thereby 'unlocking' them from 'insiders'?
