Whether the FDA is corrupt, incompetent, etc. is rather irrelevant IMHO. USRM needs to focus on its main (and contingent) business plan. The FDA lawsuit and potential outcome was known for a long time. Also, the FDA never said they can't sell their SVF stem cell products, only that it needs to be properly regulated by the FDA - be it as a drug, etc.

If their product is a good as they claim (and IMHO it is), then they should run some (more) clinical trials and get it approved by the FDA.

IMHO it won't take too much money to run a good-sized FDA-approved trial.

USRM already has the knowledge, infrastructure, product, etc. to start the ball rolling.

Meanwhile, USRM should work on other revenue sources, etc.
