True, volatility scares retail. But that will lessen with age of the asset. It never goes away completely in any asset. Look at other currencies (like USD or Euro, etc.) or other stores of value (like silver, gold, etc.). There is a place for it as a 'medium' and a place for it as an 'asset' and a place for it as an 'investment' or 'trade'. All things to all people. It is what you want it to be!
