This is an early feasibility study and proof of principle. ORION is the real deal and one day real vision will be achieved. 60 electrodes can achieve a form of useful vision whereby object recognition can be learned from the 60 points of light but there is no real visual image. A real visual image requires an order of magnitude increase in electrodes and will be achieved. IMHO FDA approval is at least a year away and financial results are going to be as bad as possible in the interim. SS pulled the plug on ARGUS so there will be virtually no sales until ORION is FDA approved. Some catalysts are going to be required to hold the price of EYES. BTW I see little downside in EYES going to the Bulletin Board if $1.00 can not be achieved. This is better than a split and probably better for shareholders than GW bringing SS private, which he can do anytime if he wants to.
