Agreed BB...Everything he was looking for has always been right in front of him. When we sat down together I suggested to Jason to use his Araloc product and reach out to some of his existing investors. Be open and honest with the hurdles he faces. Communicate back and forth regularly. He can even pick and choose small groups of investors at a time using his technology. I think he would be pleasantly surprised to lean how far that could get him. He has many good people already invested who strongly believe in what he’s trying to accomplish. Smart, talented, patient people who have had successful careers. These are his target investors. Already somewhat familiar with what he’s been doing. If it was me I would create that communications thread while using the 750 - 1 R/S as a scare tactic to get rid of those Chinese shareholders and all the other fleas who have been holding this stock down. Then at the last minute I would cancel the R/S and turn to my investors. I think that would be a bold move that would catapult this company. Not only would he get strong support from his existing investors but every other investor will want to be part of this...
