Aurora paid ENORMOUS multiples in buying Hempco this morning.
Like CRAZY numbers.
Hempco mkt cap $40 mil ... Aurora paid a 15% premium to that!!!!!!
Revenues $ 2 FREAKING MILLION with 3 MILLION IN DEBT!!!!!!!( UN BELIEVABLE !!!!)
Put those multiples on POTN and it would be bought out at over 80 cts per share!!!
ADD in POTN is GROWING , has STRONG EBITDA, has a diversified platform, has a top Brand in Diamond in sales and in brand awareness, SEC compliant, has little debt, etc etc and it would have to be priced at a BIG premium to what Aurora just paid.
No idea what Aurora was thinking but have to love Aurora for getting the industry rollup moving.
