What's the point? 10% Share Dilution is good?

The filing, required by SEC in cases of share issue, shows MASSIVE DILUTION.

This filing is NOT new, or 'news', but it continues to be posted by bulls as if it's something good.

Continued DILUTION is one of the reasons ONCI pps can't move up.

And as everyone well knows, there is MUCH MORE DILUTION coming. Every Qtr, every yr.

That's THE REASON WHY Berman 'returned to Treasury' 1.4 Billion shares - so they can be re-issued.

Also he dumped ALL his own Common Shares, and holds only Preferred now, because he knows the future: ONCI Common Shareholders are NOT going to be 'taken care of'
