Absolutely you can - big investors aren't going to look kindly at companies that had a crook on their board and once that crook is identified, they will wait for clearance and judgement until they reengage. He is the one guy who single handedly set back Titan b/c of his criminal insider trading. Not too much his web of other cronies that may still be involved in shorting this stock - hope the regulatory guys go after them too.
