The only complaint is based on a business process that equates to: We have so much business and revenues it is taking a while to sort through it all, and ensure FUTURE BUSINESS IN THE $10s of MILLIONS GROWING TO $100+ eventually, is in place.

That complaint and the associated direct personal attacks on Roger. Because you know, his bad for identifying Snakes as a winner, acquiring it and fostering it so it can grow massive. Oh, and grow massive while having no toxic debt and even lowering to AS/OS. Sounds terrible! lol

What does that mean for investors? It means you don't valuate is quite the same as a big board fundamental company. Though much is the same, the importance is ROI they are getting for aggressive growth as measured by revenues, and what type and how much financing they are using to growth.

UPWARD TRENDS ORDERS / ACCOUNTS / LOT SIZES
MARKET POTENTIAL
AS / OS
DEBT QUALITY (TOXIC / TRADITIONAL / MARKET RATE)
DEBT RATIOS
INVENTORY TURNOVER
INDUSTRY TRENDS
SUPPLY CHAIN


THESE are the things that matter. AMFEs FUNDAMENTAL RATIOS are GREAT for a company at this stage!

This is how MORE MONEY comes in to AMFE's world. From retail to institutional, it is an upward snowball and it is just GETTING STARTED.

Will Roger need help as AMFE grows? Absolutely, AMFE doesn’t have a new CFO yet, and the CFO Squad (Which I am to see: ‘The CFO Squad will continue to be retained throughout future audits to ensure a seamless and speedy execution and completion moving forward preventing any delays.’) is a solid interim solution. Eventually the company will need a CFO, this is the type of position that will get opened up, possibly even as a requirement part of an infusion of institutional dollars.

Like ANY growing company, people who are used to handling specific function find the functions to need their own dedicated resources. As time goes on, AMFE will hire positions like:

It is always a balancing act to ensure each position is set for a solid ROI and controlled. The hiring of the CFO squad was but one step in many as the company finds itself at a new scale. As the company scales and positions open, the CEO becomes more of a direction setter and less direct impact, as the tactical execution of the strategic direction rests of the shoulders of the TEAM.
