Per Opposing Counsel, Audit-Form 10 Not Possible

As conveyed by counsel involved in one of several of the ongoing litigation matters facing HHSE, the company will not be filing anything related to Audits or Form 10 documentation with regulatory authorities for the balance of 2019 - and per the information from my contacts - not through at least the first half of 2020. It is simply impossible for a variety of reasons Parkinson already knows.

Based on the clearly confirmed lies Parkinson has already posted on his blog and announced in releases over the past decade, I'll rely on confirmation of counsel for a current "lender" that knows more about the situation than anyone else here.

If Eric Parkinson wants to claim that this information is somehow false or a misunderstanding of communication, he is welcome to blog a confirmed date - in writing - on which both will occur - either in 2019 or the first half of 2020. Which of course, he will not.
