Not amazing at all; the trading is just some people's dominant subjective nature putting nonsense ideas ahead of reality.
The lower the price the more interest from people who don't trust their own mind and feel continuing high volume has to mean some trader knows inside info.
They feel the traders are insiders speaking to them and saying the stock may be rising from dead and dormant scenarios.
