I just finished listening to the conference call where they took my question regarding the JV with Global Canna Labs based in Jamaica.
I asked for an update on the negotiations AND whether the JV would cover just recreational or medical as well.
I was told that the JV is currently on hold as SPR concentrates their efforts on Canada and the JV with Moosehead. I was also told that they would resume negotiations of the Global Canna Labs JV once the JV with Moosehead is final and legal sales begin in Canada.

With regards to the possible product line with Global Canna Labs, I was told that there is a possibility that the Jamaican JV would include BOTH recreational and medical products, both for the Caribbean market , as well as exports to countries that allow imports from Jamaica.
He also highlighted that the future Jamaican JV would provide SPR with product from a low cost producing jurisdiction.

The answer to my question was direct and IMO opens the door to negotiating a full suite of product offerings on a global scale.
