Just looking for opinions here. Does the NO vote to the RS support more of the “this is a scam” theory or legitimate shareholders telling Sonny to put up or shut up?

And if it does end up getting delisted to OTC, how much does that really hurt the value in a buyout or merger scenario? If the value is in the tech does it really matter that much?
