Eh, hard to call. If I was bullish a stock that looked like this but wasnt MXSG I’d atleast throw a bid in there for a starter, then once it starts working well you use the gains to establish a better position.

Chart has some signs it wants to bottom, some longer term average convergences taking place here, but there’s not really a good way to chart something that’s inactive, so if you have catalysts and fundamental reasonings those would probably work better.
I look for flags, triangles, clean trading price action, so til that happens, I’ll just wait.
