EVSV has already broken the mold here with this last RS, and EVSV most certainly wasn’t in any danger of delisting. It was my understanding EVSV wanted visibility to the investor whom EVSV would have never crossed their radar; ultimately to up-list. Others like myself held tight through the RS SPLIT and even added to our holdings. So, what could I have had in mind suggesting such a small insignificant 3:2 forward split to make my suggestion relevant; investors like to see stock splits because it creates a positive image of the company? The market perceives businesses that engage in splits as a growing entity.
