Wow, nope. It clearly says this was a loan to pay off ocnverts via a promissory note. 6 months. Terms of LOI says if all notes are paid off, preferred cashed out and RS, its go time or something along those lines. How can they pay off that amount with no revs ? Dilution is answer.
